I eat roasted/salted soy nuts. I often mix them with a small amount of m&m's or dried pineapple. The soy nuts have 11 grams of protein in 1 oz. In the morning, I mix 2 oz of soy nuts with m&m's (maybe a handful) or pineapple...just enough to cut the saltiness of the nuts. The m&m's are too sweet alone and the nuts are too salty alone. Anyway, I should also add that I don't dump, so the m&m's or dried pineapple don't bother me, but I still limit the amount. I eat this as a morning and afternoon snack and it gives me 22 grams of protein during the day. I don't get the PM hunger cravings, so that's not been a problem for me. I buy soy nuts at the grocery store. At my grocery store, they are in the deli/produce area. They have a spot where there's dried fruits and different types of nuts. They are pretty inexpensive. Plus they are pretty light weight, so 2 oz is a pretty decent size snack. Have a good day! Tina 335/207/150 ish....someday!

Lori... that's just bullsh*t. I know how unsupportive people are, especially my family. I was always the fat one, from childhood on up and now I'm not. It really doesn't bother me, because I've never been all that close to my family. But still, it can hurt and I understand that. I am happy with myself, so f**k everyone else You look awesome!! Lori, I think you look great! You don't look old at all. I look old, and it used to bother me, but now, I really don't care. A lot of it is probably jealousy. This woman at work the other day said to me, "Wow, Carrie, your legs look so skinny, especially compared to your belly!" Talk about your back-handed compliments!
