You and I have the same problem then! I constantly want to eat at work and that's where I am getting in alot of calories and carbs.. I hate that! However, if I am having a busy day or I'm just at home, I won't eat nearly the amount I do at work. I think I need brain surgery Clarissa

Yes, I know what you mean about checking to see what time your next meal is. I think it's just part of the journey... look at all the people that replied to the post, but atleast we aren't alone! I still have about 60-65 more pounds I want to lose and I wonder if I will ever make it! Your new pic looks great Good luck! Clarissa

Yeah, I do like you on the watermelon and I like salad too, but I just noticed how many calories regular salad dressing has. I still hate fat free salad dressing anyway. But yeah, when you eat alot of something like melon, lettuce, or popcorn, you feel like you've done something. LOL Thanks for the reply Clarissa

Tammy - I saw my nutritionist today and she recommended a food diary, like you did. I have tried this before, but she is going to work with me. I will mail it to her every two weeks, she will review it, then call me back. I think that having a professional "critique" my diet will help me stay on track more! I was snacking on alot of bad things (like chips and cookies!). I even accidentally ate 26 grams of sugar a few days ago and didn't get sick. I guess I should consider myself lucky, my surgeon has told me I've had one of the best successes he's seen, but I feel like that if things did make me sick I wouldn't have fallen into my old habits. Oh well, I got a kick in the butt, and that's what I needed! I will join your exercise post!! Thanks! Clarissa

That is totally awesome Lynne! I remember that day very well. I couldn't believe it! Yeah, try carrying around two of those 50lb bags of dogfood with you all day long... I don't even think I could lift two of them together without getting a hernia! Amazing surgery isn't it?? Lori

Way to go Lynne!!!! It also took me a long time to drop those pounds so I could say I lost 100 lbs. Our bodies just want to hang on to that weight I guess. Diana 263/160/145
