Topic: RE: Anyone here on our board take antidepressants?
Hey Lori,
I take Lexapro. I took it preop and continued taking it post op. It's been 2 years now. I've tried many others over the years and find that this one had the least amount of side effects. We are all so different and unfortunately, it's a trial and error thing.
Good luck and hope you're feeling better soon.

Topic: RE: June Challenge Day 4 & 5
Hi Tammy,
Just in case I can't connect while I'm at the hotel - here's the exercise for the next 5 days.
Friday - softball - 1.5 hours
Sat. - Walking/sightseeing at Hoover Dam and the Lowell Observatory (it's where they discovered Pluto)
Sun. - Hike the South Kaibab Trail and other locations at south side of Grand Canyon
Mon. - Hike the Vortex and around the Ghost Town of Jerome
Tues - Hike around the Sunset Crater Volcanic National Monument/Wupatki and rock climbing
Wed - Walk all over Las Vegas.
Hope you find the time to go exercise. I've not gotten out either and my body is letting me know it misses it.

Thanks for the hugs Donna! They mean alot!
I will try this new stuff and see what happens. I just hate the thought of being back on daily meds but I will do what I have to to feel better.
Thanks for always having kind words for me. You are the BEST!

Girls weekend away???? I'M SO THERE!!!
Thanks for the advice. I went to the doc and she put me on Celexa. I have never tried it but she says it has the least side effects so I figured, what the heck. And it comes in liquid form. It is like Lexapro so I will be careful to watch for the same effects it had on you. I have real problems with lots of meds so we shall see.
I just hope it makes me feel better.

Thanks Joyce. I need all of you right now during this rough time. I went to the doc and she prescribed me Celexa. She said it has the lowest occurance of side effects. I agreed to try it since it comes in liquid form. I figured it would absorb better. My insurance doesn't cover Effexor and it's expensive so I am gonna try this. Hopefully it works for me.
Thanks again!

Thanks Sheree...
Relay is a wonderful event. You should find one in your area. Even if you don't participate, seeing the luminary ceremony is so heartwarming.
Have a great weekend. I'm sure I'll be exhausted come Sunday, but it's well worth it, that's for sure.

Hi Joyce,
I never swallowed gum either, but I guess it can happen. I am trying to be more aware now.
Thanks
