Hi Carolyn! You do know that bananas are loading with potassium right? I know they are higher in calories but they ARE good for you. I eat one at least once or twice a week, sometimes more. I personally don't want to take another pill to raise my potassium. Just a suggestion of course! Good luck to you! Lori 281/174/140-150

Hi Lori, I think we have all experienced this at some point in the last couple of months. I went through the month of April not losing more than a couple of lbs. Then it started to drop off again. I notice when I DON'T EXERCISE I stop losing. When I get back on the exercise wagon, the lbs starting coming off again. I wish you lots of luck. I know you are not DONE yet! We still have a couple of months before we can start worrying about that! Even after a year, it IS possible to continue to lose. We are here for you during this difficult time. And I know it can be VERY difficult to just stop or lose the same couple lf lbs over and over. But we will get through this together! Lori

I'm right with you, for the last three weeks I've gone from 193 to 195. It's hard not to get frustrated. Torrey

Hi Tammy, Thanks for replying, I hope you find a answer to my question. And your right kindergarden is a big step, not just for him it's a really jumbo size step for me. But I know he will do just fine. I'll be the one crying and acting like a baby. He's my only child my baby. Take care Carolyn (Jc C.)

Hi Carolyn.... I haven't really had a problem with potassium. I'll look into some sources & let you know what I come up with. Kindergarden.....what a big step. Exciting & sad at the same time. Good luck Tammy

Lori, You look Great...... You're not alone with your feelings. Personally, I was 191.5 the beginning of May, and was 189.5 the beginning of June. Only 2 lbs for the entire month. I did see 187 once in June. (very short lived) Then over the last couple weeks, I've been showing numbers from 191.5 to 193.... Enough to drive someone crazy .... I have noticed myself wanting to munch & grabbing the evil carbs (crackers etc) NO SUGAR THOUGH. that's a big .... Never want to get back into that. Anyway, I'm gonna count my carbs & really watch the in between meals snacks. If I really need something, I'll go for cheese or some other kind of protein. At any rate, I don't think it's over....just slower. Keep your chin up, we'll make it together. Tammy

Lori, You look awesome. Sorry I haven't been on line in such a long time. But, I was watching your progress. But, just think when was the last time you weighed 201. You look amazing. Remember we are not even a year out. So, slow and steady is winning the race. Apryl 245.5/152/140

Topic: RE: Anyone here on our board take antidepressants?
Hi Lori, I take Wellbutrin and Lexapro. Yes, I take 2...yes, I'm crazy. Seriously though, I was on Wellbutrin and after surgery my depression got REALLY bad. So they added a mild does of Lexapro. I guess it works differently than Wellbutrin. I have to say that it really does make a big difference. And I don't really a problem with the big "O", they both have a low risk of that kind of side effects. Good luck!! Jaimee
