I have arround 40lbs more as well. Its harder now!! I eat alot of p-nut butter as well. I just love the stuff!! By reading the posts so far, Im eating to many snacks. I just get hungry though. Think if I eat more solid foods like chicken and cottage cheese and stuff like that maybe I will stay full longer. I try to avoid the water at least 1 hr after I eat. Thank you so much for the help!! Your doin so good!! By looking at other posts so far I think I need to just cut the carbs more and A little more protien. And lots of water!!!Thanks for the insight! Talk to ya soon,

Hey everyone!
Me and DH did a 2 mile walk again this evening.
I have done so much better with what I ate today. Feels awesome to be getting back to doing this the right way!
I'm hating the scale being off. If DH is right and it's 5 lbs off, I'm at 172 today. I think I'm a little higher tho. I may look at a new scale tomorrow. I'm a scale addict, so having one that I believe is so far off is aggrivating as CRAP!

Since I am newly pregant (with twins! -- yikes!)... I thought it was time to update my site, The Road to Thin, with some post-op info.
Though I refer people to the OH post-op pregnancy board for more info, I also did some internet research to try to find out some basic "it is good -- is it not good" info for those of who are pregnant or hope to become pregnant.

HiYa!! Very Briefly:
July 2nd - walked laps around the Mall (approx 90 mins) on my stupid date with John. I ran into a fitness trainer and spent a lot of time picking his brain and got all fired up again!
July 3- went to the gyn- did an awesome workout
90 mins - treadmill and stairmaster
45 mins - weights
30 mins- sauna
30 mins- swim+ hot tub
July4 - Yes got into my bathing suit and swam laps at the gym
that was all I had time for- but it was fabulous
and Im not skinny- but I think I look great in a bathing suit .

and invited most of my WLS support group..now I have to worry about chairs- LOL

And my shoes were white sandals 7 1/2 (whole sz smaller)
But I think thats why its so important to take pictures..it motivates me to say
U know what? I can be better, I can do better.. I want to get into that size 10
bathing suit EVENTUALLY. I dont care if it is XMAS. LOL

I am doing 70-90gms+ protein daily. I am 50lbs away from my goal..so Im still working on it. I workout 4times or more a week. I just havent been posting it
B- muscle milk & oats- instant oatmeal- 30g protein
Or dannon fit/lively yogurt with 1 scoop unflavored protein = 26g protein
snack= banana or apple with peanut butter = 10g protein
or Another yogurt with protein= 26g protein
(Today I had 2 bananas separately with PB) for breakfast . I will fill up on 1 banana.
L= usually 6z chicken caesar salad- custom made with veggies or 1/2 sandwich
I always have leftovers.
snack= usually fruit or mini bag of popcorn
D= lately its been BBQ hot dogs or chicken, stir fried chx/shrimp veggies. Last night it was old fashioned french toast with s/f syrup and 2 scrambled eggs.(the second time I had it since surgery. so its a treat for me) The FT was the first I really began eating bread. I worry about it stretching my pouch.
Liquid Isopure= 20z= 40g protein - I have this 1x day- counts towards fluids too
Propel 2-3 bottles a day- more if Im at the gym
