Hi Donna, Congrats on the scale moving the right direction. Sounds like you had a nice time over the weekend. And I think you may be right about the carb think. Back in March I went out with some friends and had 2 fatting drinks and the next morning the scale had dropped 3 pounds over night. I still can't figure out what happen but I'm OK with it. Hello Tammy and everyone! welp, got up early and went for a 2 mile walk! (day off) my bike took a crap!! LOL need to get a new one!!going to take another walk this evening when it gets cool! I will be preying that everything goes well with your sister. She will do great! Weight wise..... well 190! But i'll take that for now!!Not for a min. gonna give up!!

WELL its gonna shine on all us Celebrating our AUGUST Anniversary.. I AM most certainly going to the gym tonight and celebrating my progress..I might even take that class that kills with the powerflexing..I am so happy my abdomen is a straight line down- I know it doesn't sound like a big deal- but FOREVER did my stomach and lower abs bulge forward.. and Now I feel like a girl

And I really cannot imagine succeeding this far without any surgery...It's like I've lost 2 "60lb kids" LOL!!!

Now all I need is for someone to ask me where did I lose my kids!

I read on the July '05 board they went to vegas for their anniversary and one girl got a tattoo in Vegas.. I'm still not giving up on getting together..

I think it would be kool to be in Vegas for Halloween!

Gimmee a Hi Five!! Tammy - we made it to one year post-op.. just like so many friends on this board.. I really am happy- I got into work and did the side look in the HUGE morrors in the ladies room today- and for the first time- my ABS look flat.. my jeans are big on me and life is buzzin by - and this time last year- I was just coming out of recovery

I kinda did my own kind of celebrating

over the weekend. I am so glad I have you ladies

to chat with and cheer each other over tough things..

gonna giddyap into Onederland any day now
