HOW ARE YOU DOING?? I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN DOWNSIZED 125LBS AND LOVE IT!

CONGRATULATIONS TO TAMMY AND MYSELF AND EVERYONE WHO POSTED AND IS CELEBRATING THEIR BIG FIRST ANNIVERSARY!!

WE ARE ALL GRADS TOGETHER..AND I CAN'T THINK OF A BETTER GROUP OF FRIENDS TO CELEBRATE WITH.. SOOOO.. MY QUESTION IS- WHEN WE GETTING TOGETHER??

Topic: Wednesday Gym......Anyone moving out there????

Hey All... So is anyone picking up my slack out there???? My body is kicking my butt for not moving it. Couple more weeks & back to the school/workout/work routine.... Not to mention I have a date with my sisters bowflex treadclimber this weekend... hahahah my weight....182.5 My sister came through her surgery good.. Although, she's in an alot of pain. She's questioning why she did this. I didn't have alot of pain so I feel bad for her. She has a drain in (i didn't have that either)... Did anyone of you gals have a drain? How long did you have it in for? Hope she's feeling better by the weekend. Hate to have her to continue to regret this. Although, alot of people do regret their decision in the beginning. Pain is a huge influence on our minds... I'll keep you all posted on her progress. Thanks for your continued prayers..

You've done great. Wow, the losses are so different between males & females with this surgery. over 150 lb loss for you...YOU GO
