Thanks for the info. Even though I still want to loose 30 more lbs, i'm going to go ahead and have the consult. I want to find out about insurance, recovery time, what can and can't be done. Hi Everyone... Hope you're all doing well. I've been soooo darn busy this past week. As, I'm sure, everyone else has been. Been slacking on some exercise, but getting back into it. My birthday was nice. Got some nice gifts. Went to dinner with my husband on Saturday, which didn't turn out to well. Ate something that caused my heart to race & stomach pains so ended up boxing up my entre' and going out to the van to lie down. Of course it only lasted like 15 or 20 minutes but it sucked that it had to happen then. I've been having some struggles in the bathroom these past couple days as well. Could all be linked together, who knows .... At any rate, everything else is going well. Hope you're all doing good.... oh yeah...the scale is teetering again 179-182. No biggy. My scoop that's in my protein delight says 70 CC's which is just a smidge over a 1/4 cup. Are you sure the scoop isn't barried inside somewhere? Good Luck Tammy
