Day 6 & 7 Exercise

I've been slacking the past few days. Working on finding a new job in order to leave where I am - 'bout sick of one of the doctor's there that thinks he can scream and cuss at me whenever the urge strikes. So, I've not been excersising like I should, been working on my resume and filling out applications every evening to turn in.
No excersise yesterday - went to pick up the Tracker my DH bought me for Mother's Day and we were gone all day. Doing 2 miles today walking tho! Also did about an hours worth of yard work this morning.

Hello everyone.
Exercise 1 hour or maybe more yesterday.
Excerise 1 hour today. I have been doin the Kathy Smith project you again. At first I didn't like it. (I still think some of the moves are too difficult. Kick boxing)
But I did the 30 min aerobic and the 30 mins lower body Abs. My heart rate was up and I guess I take back what I said earlier about the program. It's......OK. Not great but OK.
