Day 21 Exercise..... Another month almost gone

Hey Girls & any Guys that are lurking but not posting.... How's everyone doing on this Friday... Wow, only 1 more week left to the month. Jeez, where's the time going .... BUSY BUSY BUSY day.... I got up, walked, went to the store, got home, made some protein cookies (got the recipe yesterday..yum yum yum) & dyed my hair all before 9 am... Left at 10:30 for my 2 daughters modified track meet, stopped at the mall to get my other daughters glasses fixed (got angry because now they have to order new frames & they dont know if they'll be in before we leave for maryland next week ), stopped at my office to pick up paperwork, went to Price Chopper to pick up stuff for lasagna that I have to make for a party my hubby's going to tomorrow, picked up my daughters cell phone that her friend had in her track bag from the track meet & dropped off my daughters friend at her house, then my daughter to do her babysitting job.... PHEW............... I'm finally back home...it's 3 pm & I still need to work a few more hours... Hmmmm wonder why my head is spinning ???????????????? Ok, about me & exercise: Weight 192 Walked 55 minutes 3.1 miles... Hope everyone has a great weekend.... I'll try to get the tally up before Monday for everyone's combined exercise.... you all Tammy 291/184/192/145

Wow, busy girl! My day has been busy as well. The auditors nailed me as soon as I walked in from lunch. This morning I was running around trying to get my invoices posted for payment before noon. I still haven't done it and it's 2:22!!! Grrrr! I didn't walkat lunch today. I went tanning instead. I needed the relaxation! But I did walk a bit when I had to go to the archive building to look for stuff for the auditors...guess that is ONE good thing they did for me today! My weight is up to 189 today! I think I am just building muscle because my rings are looser and my jeans are too. I KNOW this is only a temporary gain. But it's like when I was trying to get into onderland... only now it's the century club! Gain, lose, gain, lose the same darn few lbs! I have been really good on my eating today. But not so good on my fluids. I am gonna go get me some decaf herbal tea... that always seems to help me when I am lacking fluids.... I can drink gallons of the stuff! Have a great weekend! LORI!! Im As soon as you said auditors, I could NOT stop laughing. They are SOO ANAL are they not? I work in IT sales and we have been upgrading our Security- due to new Visa & MasterCard compliancy regulations..and we are a very compliant company..Well our security auditors, have been detailing stuff since last Summer.. everytime we think we have it nailed- something else crops up- we finally got the call from Visa Interntational we are compliant and we have been exhibiting at an industry wide convention in Vegas all this week- so it was very good news.. but the minute you said auditors.. Don't stress over the weight. I found out we only build muscle on the days we don't exercise..the muscle needs time to repair itself and rebuild. I think we are losing more fat and our bodies are holding at our weights- because we are working our muscles. If we were not- we would have smalller bodies with a lot of hanging skin. ALL about our BMIs baby!! Donna Oh sorry Tammy ! Im not working out today- I take a break during TOM, because Im very tired and due to my iron issue- I just stop for a few days..I'll be meeting with a personal trainer on saturday and working out then..so I'll post after that.

Hi Isha, I am in the same boat and I am searching for someone to help me, and of course need the docs to be on my insurance. If you find anything out please let me know! Hey Tammy. Everyday that you post these things, I feel really bad about not do anything! So today, I walked 8 miles at the Relay for Life. Yay me! I'm excited to get to post LOL Seriously, I am proud of everyone for doing so well with exercise.

Hi Clarissa, I really understand what you are saying. Because I posted for the first 3 weeks of March with these ladies and tried to stay on track but life and time stepped in and I stopped exercising. I fill so bad, because I told Tammy just last weekend that I was going to get back on track with the exericse program, but the weather here in Fort Worth Texas has been crazy this week. It's been hot. Monday it was 98 degrees and tuesday it reach 104 and no way I was going to walk in that heat. Wednesday was nice but I had to take my son to 2 doctors appointments, and than we were off to chuck e cheese. By the end of that day I was too tried and wanted to go to bed. Thursday it rain all day and today I just was not filling it. I told Tammy when I first started that I hated exercising and it's a struggle for me. But it's wonderful that you're walking in the walkathon. I too maybe walking in a walkathon tomorrow, it's a 4 mile walk and I haven't did that in 6 years so wish me good luck and I wil do the same for you. Maybe we will get with the program next month. Thank you for the suggestion. I had not heard of this proceedure. It does sound like a great option. Did you find this hard to have the insurance approve. How were the doctors at ohsu as far as scheduling and stuff?
