Day 4 Exercise
Hello Everyone.... A little late again today. Sorry.... I was on my treadmill when the UPS guy came & delivered my new computers. I've been working on setting these up ever since. Now I have to work 4 more hours to get my time in as well...

Treadmill..... 80 minutes, 5 miles, 600 cals & 201 fat cals...
I was just a booking today. Trying to make up for slacking the last few days....
How's everyone else doing???? Lets get MOTIVATED again girls.... Remember how good we felt through March & April. We can continue to do this together.

Okay I am going to jump on the exercise reporting bandwagon!
Today 45 minutes- jogging along the lake... about 4 miles or so... not sure on the calories...
I am also headed out in a couple of minutes to go dancing so that counts too right???
weight 175.4 i need to get the scale moving again... back to proteins proteins proteins and water water water!

Hey Tammy!
I, again, haven't exercised a lick this week. I have either been sick or had stuff to do that made it impossible for me to get my walk in. Today I am going to the doc to have her look at my hernia. I can't believe how something so small, hurts so much! I have to hold my stomach when I walk.
I hope I can hold off on getting it repaired until I get approved for my panniculectomy. My stomach and my thighs are so ugly! But, I WON'T do my thighs. That just looks sooo horrid and painful!
So now walking again today. But I am sure I will get some exercising in this weekend. It's supposed to be nice so I plan on doing some light yardwork. I just don't want to do too much lifting.
Great job on the treadmill! 5 miles?? wow! Go YOU!!!
