Day 3 Exercise

Wow...where did this day go????? Sorry, I forgot to post this today.... Another busy day. One of my childhood friends lost his Mom to cancer this past weekend. I've been tossing back & forth on trying to decide if I can work it into my schedule to drive 3 hours to the funeral tomorrow morning. I just called him to tell him how sorry I am for him. He understands that I'm unable to attend. How sad, he just lost his Dad 6 months ago. My heart aches for him. At any rate, no exercise AGAIN for me today.... I'm gonna kick myself in the butt.... It's gonna be beautiful out tomorrow so bright & early I'll be up & out the door. Hope everyone else had a great day... You're all doing AWESOME with your exercise..... GO GIRLS GO!!!!! No exercise for me either. I am almost to the point of exhaustion right now and stressed to the max. So, actually this is when I need to exercise the most. Hey Tam, No exercise for me either. And today I forgot my walking shoes. All I have is flip flops and I don't really want blisters between my toes! I am feeling much better today. I have went 3 days in a row and I think that is why I was holding those couple of lbs! I have been pushing fluids too so I think I am going down the right road again! I weighed in at 184 this morning. Boy was that a relief to see! I just hope it keeps going down instead of back up again tomorrow. I think I will stay off the scale for a few days and see what happens. I was able to reschedule my nutritionist appt for when I return from Spokane on the 16th. Hopefully I will get some walking in while at the conference. They serve really healthy meals so that won't be an issue. And I want to hit the pool and gym while I am there. I am hoping to be in the CENTURY CLUB by the time I return! I sure hope so. I don't want to go to my surgeon on the 17th and have him tell me that I am behind in my weightloss. He actually said that to me last time and I was devastated. But after thinking about it, I knew he was just going by statistics and not by how I feel and look! So I forgive him, I guess...
