GO FOR IT! Just remember you need a way to achieve that..usually involves more water or exercise or more protein.. even eating more little meals rather than 3 big ones would work.. Keep your focus and you will get there! Donna 325/224/145

Debbi Thanks for joining our posts!! Increasing your treadmill will definitely yield results- but also remember to increase your incline and also the rate at which you workout..Plus if you can had a 1-2lb handweight with your workout- it will enable you to build arm muscle while burning calories.. That is a very strong combination..and "THE FIRM" has endorsed that duo in all of their videos..exercise+ weight training= sustained weight loss and muscle built. Keep it up and you will get there! Hi Donna, Well, I saw my surgeon on May 1 and he admitted to me he was wrong in how he's been thinking of my weight loss. I've lost -87 pounds so far since surgery and he said that I should be loosing 1 to 1.5 pounds a week. Well, he did a metobalic test on me and it showed him that I am loosing about 1 to 1.5 pounds per week. He just thought it should be more for me by now. It was so good to hear those words that he was wrong and that I am doing really well on this journey. So, for May/June my goal is to loose 10 pounds and weigh in at 198. That would put me in onederland and close to century club. It would be the 10 month post-op mark and I would really like to be -100 pounds lighter by a year out. I would really feel like I have done extremely well if I hit that mark. So, along with loosing 10 pounds (weight 198), I will increase my exercising to 4 days a week for 30 minutes a day. I may do like another post before and break it into am and pm at 15 minutes each time. I believe that if I do this it will also help my good cholsterol t to come up some. It is a little low. Everything else looks good on my blood workup. I also want to start a new crochet project as a goal to help with munchie times while watching TV. That really helps me stay focused and away from bad carbs. Keep up with my water intake and drink a protein shake each day. Well, I think that is it for now. Hey Donna, I'll definately check out that site... You are doing so great on your exercise.... You go girl... I hit my weight goal for April....to be 195. I actually past that goal & was 191.5 yesterday & 192.5 today...soooo I think I'll be teetering again. I lost 8.5 lbs in April.... Great loss in my eyes. I would like to be under 190 (actually around 185-187 would be awesome)... & get at least 3 to 4 day of 30 minutes or more of exercise..... The big one is to increase my protein intake consistantly... Oh & up the fiber (so I don't have to worry about anymore incidents like last weekend).... Have a wonderful evening. Helloooooo!! I am a little cursed today I think..I was manking progress and the exercise noticed, and today for some reason, I got my period! And I just had my monthly 2 weeks ago! I don't have a clue whats going on..every month its the same and suddenly- boom- 2 weeks later..Makes me wonder what is going on with my hormones.. has this happened to you? I can understand things being off after losing 100lbs.. but I would think it would be less often- not MORE often .. So I have NOT worked out for the last 2 days..Ive been a little irritable- a LOT tired and today Im going for my iron infusion..so I don't think I'll be working out tonight either..but I DO have a great Tan..everyone asks if Ive been on vacation! LOL .. Just when I was getting good at being consistent in my workouts!! I've been adding 2-3 scoops of protein to my diet arizona iced tea or lemonade and its good..I bought the Nectar Roadside lemonade..and its light and you dont even think you are drinking protein.. Im amazed how good it tasted.. Anyway- hope you are doing well.. you really got me going with the exercise..I like logging in and reporting what Ive done... I like the results Ive been seeing..I have to get some pictures up- because even though 224 is NOT small, Yet I LOVE the way I lok now in the mirror and Im showing off my tanned stomach - in the gym and everywhere else..My hairdresser was like - OMG look how great you look.. so ALL this hard work is showing off and I cant wait for the BEACH..!! SO thanks for getting me started and good to see you are setting goals..its not all about weight..and your goal should be to stay off the scale! Hugs, Donna 325/224/145

Hi Donna, Okay, my goal for May is to lose 10 pounds... I must get serious this month! I also want to workout 5 days a week... Starting weight May 1- 177 by the end of May I would like to be at 167... I havenm't been that weight since 7th grade! weird!!!! Keep up the good work everyone! Bridget
