Day 1 Exercise New Month - still just filling in for our leader!!
I am going to try to remember to post my exercise every day. I keep track of it at home butthen forget to post it!
May 1 Weight 203.5
Exercise - Treadmill 30 minutes at 3.3 MPH. Can't remember the distance, calories burned etc but will try to remember to bring them in tomorrow!
Goal for May
Get down to 193 for a loss of 10 pounds for the month, but will be content to get below 200 since I have been struggling with these same 3.5 pounds for over a month! Didn't make my 10 pound loss goal for April. I only lost 3 lbs, but did loose an inch in my tummy!
