DAY 19 EXERCISE

I have no excuses!! LOL I am so behind that Im trying to catch
up to my smaller butt! LOL
OK!! here is my workout for Saturday 8/15 and since then
Treadmill - 35mins multiple levels
Precor - 10 mins
Weights - leg sled 10mins
Came home and walked another 40mins with my son outside- it was so beautiful out!!
Sunday was Easter- spent the day out and driving around..was glad it was finally over
Monday- took a 20 minute walk during lunch- all I had time for
Tuesday- jammed my Ipod- so I did not think Id make it thru my workout
but FUNNY thing..Im so condidtioned that now when I get to the gym..I can workout without my headset..but it was freaking annoying to have to listen to all the stupid conversations.by those around me- NOT working out..OK.. I did this:
Took a 20 min walk during lunch
Treadmill - 46 mins- various levels
Precor stairmaster - 26mins- various
Weights- various machines- 25mins
did my sauna thing for 15 mins.. all I had time for!!
Took my son to a new school for possible courses next year in medical field..so did not get a chance to workout tonight!
