Seriously, though, I know how life can get in the way of taking care of US, but lets all try to give ourselves the "ME TIME" that we all are soooo deserving of. Not only in a way of exercise, but in a way to Celebrate our Journey... We've come so far and owe it to ourselves to stop & smell the roses on the way... Too often we focus all our energies on the end result, forgetting to enjoy the ride. Be proud of where you are at this point.... Everyone is doing AWESOME......

Good Morning Tammy!
to ME!! A NEW PERSONAL BEST.. I used to work out 5-6 days a week, back in 1999 and the longest aerobic work I did was 90mins on the stairmaster - and that was only once.. WELL last night I really got into my workout : 93 mins Aerobic work!!
93mins! 50 mins treadmill with inclines from 3.0% to 9%, speeds from 3.0 to 3.8, distance 2.8miles burned 450 cals;
44 mins on the Precor stairmaster at levels 12-18. Total calories burned 404 cals and then I did 15 mins of leg weights after that!
Tital cals burned 854!! (another PB!!)
As a preop and post op- all I was doing was 25-30 mins MAX on the treadmill, at 1-2.5%incline and speed of 2.4-2.8 MAX.. And I still hold to "boxing" intervals while I workout.
I am feeling to be in the best shape of my life. TODAY I weigh 288!!!
I lost the 1lb I had temp gained..I am 8lbs from goal!!

GREAT JOB LADIES!
Well I guess I have fell off of the wagon. I didn't walk last night b/c I went shopping lsat minute with my mother to get items for the wedding next week. I did however do 30 minutes of my tae-bo DVD last night.
I didn't work out this morning b/c I wanted to get that extra hour of sleep and to top that off I went to lunch with a long time friend who I haven't seen in months. I plan to walk tonight.
Got on the scale this morning I'm back to 231

How about if you post once a week- and just list the minutes for each
day? Doesnt have to be detailed.. I get crazy with my stuff because
I'm so intense with it.. but I will hand it to you- consistency is key
And we can't just workout only when we feel like it.. but I am sure
you are seeing the results - and you should feel very proud of yourself!

2 miles walking done tonight. 1/2 of it I had my bassett hound on her leash, she was dragging me this way and that because her sniffer was in overdrive. Finally gave her over to my oldest son.
175 on the scale this morning. Only 2 lbs away from the lowest I had gotten to before getting sick.
I'm off work tomorrow too. And the kids are officially on spring break now. Next week I only work Mon and Tues, Wed we are packing for our offroad event and Thurs early morning we roll out. I plan on getting in lots of walking while we're there. Group camp is big and I figure every morning and/or evening me and the kids can do laps around camp.
