8 month update.. size 12!!

Well it is month 8!! Where did the time go? I currently weigh 183. I have lost a total of 92# so far. I went from a size 24 jeans to size 12. Yes, I bought my first size 12 jeans!! I can even breath. Now they are stretchy ones, and they are misses, but they are size 12!! I love it. This has been the best thing that I have ever done. I hope that everyone else is doing just as good as I am. Yippee!! I just finished reading Carnie Wilson's "Gut Feeling" and I laughed that I have the same Levi 501 goal she did. I just bought size 6 stretchy jeans and fit into a pair of size 4's, but I'm waiting for the 501's to be really excited about what size I'm at. Keep it up!! Dawn 258/140/135

Hey Jen! Sounds like you're doing good. I haven't lost anything for like 2-3 weeks. My 8 month anniversary is in 2 days and I was hoping for something!! Oh well. Can't complain. Just 8 months ago I was 220 pounds. Some days it seems like yesterday and some times it seems like it never happened at all. I still think I'm pretty fat too! I KNOW better, but can't seem to grasp it...old habits die hard I guess. Best wishes. Keep an eye out for those tornadoes!! Sounds like it's going to be an interesting season for all of us!
