Wow, it's Friday again already. I don't know about everyone else, but JEEZ.... my weeks are flying.

It's rainy here today sooooo I hit the treadmill again. I'm a little nervous cause as soon as I hit 3 miles it stopped. Hopefully, it was overheated or something... I'm scared to try to turn it back on right now... May need to be purchasing something new soon....

I have not exercised at all today and I don't know if I will be able to do so. It is crazy here. We are under a SEVERE weather alert and North West Alabama is the bulls eye. All of the schools have let out. Maybe it is just a lot of hype, but the national weather service is predicting 4 inches of hail and huge tornadoes. I hope they are wrong. I will check back in with you all on Monday.

Thanks for the best wishes on making the century club. I can't wait! Unfortunately, I think my super weightloss last month has come to an end. I am sitting at 188 today. But like I said, Aunt Flo is coming soon and ALWAYS brings way too much luggage!
I walked a mile today like I promised myself I would. I had some errands to run so no 2 miles today.
I don't really have any plans for the weekend either. Maybe get some more hiking in on Sunday. We might go watch my nephew race his mini-sprint tonight. It's opening night so I probably should be a good auntie and go!
Hopefully I can get a walk in too!

I had a very productive week exercising at least twice a day every day this week. I didn't work out today however, I plan to walk my 3.5 miles this everning after work. Hope everyone have a BLESSED and WONDERFUL weekend!!!

My weight was 192.8 yesterday and 193 today ...but hey, it is going bounce on us sometimes, and I have been on a downward trend here lately, so I won't whine too much!
I don't have any big plans for the weekend..it is supposed to rain here starting tonight and into tomorrow, and we have a tornado warning until 5:30 am......so hope I am here to post this weekend ...I am meeting some of my sisters in weightloss for a low-cal lunch tomorrow to celebrate a birthday and the weather is supposed to be nice again Sunday, so I hope to get outdoors again.
