Happy Hump Day.... Hope all is going good for everyone. I didn't exercise today because I had a ton of work to do this morning then I just ran to the mall to pick up this outfit I saw the other day. I did weigh this morning & was back to 199...fingers crossed that I stay under now... Who knows... Hope you all have a great day Tammy

I walked a mile during morning break. I will do another mile this afternoon during my second break and I will walk my usual 2-4 miles tonight or run one mile. March 1: 192 March 2: 188 March 3: 189 March 4: 188.5 March 5: 189.5 LOL, Sherry 276/189.5/130-140

HA!! OMG! I have been loopy all week long. It must be losing the hour of sleep. I get up at 4:30 every morning to get ready for my 1 1/2 commute to work. Losing an hour is huge!! I'm glad to see someone else lives their life at ballparks, football fields and basketball gyms other than me. LOL, Sherry

Oh yes.. my life is sports! Both my kids are involved in some kind of sport or another. So we have some game somewhere all year long! I agree that losing that hour is HUGE! I am still not adjusted! Have a great day!!! Lori

Hey Tammy! Great Job on 199! Hopefully you will now stay there or below! I am rooting for ya!!!! I was back up to 189 yesterday but now am back down to 187. Yesss! I didn't get any exercise yesterday, as I posted then. But today I am walking my 2 miles at lunchtime. My daughter has a double-header fastpitch game tonight so I will get some exercising in walking to the fields. Not much, but every little bit helps! Have a good one! Lori 281/187/140

Hi Tammy, Hope you stay under the 200 mark. I can understand how frustrating it must be. When I got home from the hospital I walked to go get a prescription. Walked 70 mins - 431 cals. Dawn
