Do this for 10 days to break a plateau #2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day #3 -You must have 45 grams of protein suppplement and all your vitamins each day (at least 60 and up to 80 grans) #4 - You may consume up to 3 of the following high protein foods, 5x a day: beef,pork, chicken, turkey, lamb, fish, eggs, low fat cheese, cottage cheese, plain yogurt or artificially sweetened, peanut butter, beans/leumes. You may also have : sugar free popsicles, tea or coffee, sugar free soda, sugar free jello, broths/bullion, and crystal light drinks #5 -If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!!!!!!! #6 - Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 minutes of exercise or more daily.

Here is the plateau buster diet in a little easier format: (No offense Lady J! It is just easier for me to see how things work in this format. Please don't be offended! ) Here is a copy of the diet to jump start you if you have hit a plateau. HOW TO BREAK A PLATEAU #1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau #2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day #3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day #4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a day beef pork chicken turkey lamb fish eggs low fat cheese cottage cheese plain yogurt or artificially sweetened peanut butter beans/legumes You may also have: sugar free popsicles tea or coffee sugar free soda sugar free jello broths/bullion crystal light drinks #5 - If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!! #6 - Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 mins of exercise daily Lori

Thanks for posting this again. I need it myself. I have been struggling between 205-207 for 2 weeks now and I am going crazy! I was hoping to be below 200 for my 40th birthday but it doesn't look like I am going to make it! boo hoo! Regardless, I still look 100x better than I did last year!

Hi Deb- you should signup with Tammy- our daily exercise guru (how about that Tammy, I made you a guru) Or the weekly post I do about goals and right now we are in the middle of a 5 week goal..you can post for this week- or next week- thats up to you. I try to keep everyone motivated and offer suggestions- and Tammy is doing a fabulous job- just getting us all into posting and daily exercise..its helped all of us tremendously...
