Month 2 Day 4 Exercise

Greetings, Wish I could send some of this Texas heat your way! Last night I got in my 3.00 mile walk and a little jogging. I didn't have an opportunity to work out today for lunch because we have this dagum BUDGET meeting today. Anyway, I plan on walking tonight another 3.00 miles in addition to my ab lounge and particle tae-bo work out. Of course I can never do the entire session because it's so hard. I know if I keep doing it consistently that one day I will go through the entire tape with out taking a power break lol Have a WONDERFUL day!!!

That's right.... consistency is the key. We build muscle & stamina sooo fast when we're consistant. I have a slim in 6 dvd that has 3 levels to it....think i'm gonna pull that out & add it to my cardio each day... or alternate one with the other... hmmmm, something to think about... Great job & I'll be waiting for that nice weather Tammy

I did... 35 minutes on the precor/elliptical 2.5 miles 382 calories 200 ab crunches Still at a plateau....ugh!!!!! Jill surgery---334 now---217 total---117 lost

hi ev1! i walked 2 miles today. i am leaving for my grandsons until monday, i will walk everyday! he will be 3 tomorrow!hard to believe he is that old already! stay strong! hippie i will be thinking about all of you!
