Thanks for sending it my way. Actually, I just copied your eating plan - somewhat. Thanks!! I have been busting my butt on the exercise without a lot of weight loss. When I post all the exercise that I do, I am actually doing it (at least 3-4 miles 6-7 days a week), but I had not had a lot of results with it until I stopped snacking. Sherry 276/189/130-140

Good Morning Tammy! I am here finally to post for the first time in April! I had a good weekend exercise wise. Friday night I went out for a friend's b-day party and danced my butt off! I hardly sat down in 4 hours! Saturday I did laundry most of the day and took my daughter to the mall, more walking! And yesterday, we hiked for 2 hours with the dog! It felt great! The good news for me today is that I have made my weightloss goal for the month....I weigh 186lbs! Whoo Hoo!!! I am exactly 5 lbs from the century club! I am going to have hubby take some really good pics of me so I can pick one to send in for the before and after page. Gosh, I can't believe I am gonna be on the before/afters for losing 100+lbs! Anyhoo... MONDAYS SUCK! Especially with the time change! I am soooo tired. But I will get over it! Thanks again for keeping up this post Tammy! We NEED this and it's working for us!!!! Lori WOW - O - WOW - O WOW 186!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You sailed past me & kept on going. You lost quite a bit in the past month eh? Good for you.... I'm hoping April is as good for all of us as March was for you... Sounds like you had an awesome weekend. Isn't it great to be able to go out & hike & walk the mall & do everything else that was on our "I wish I could do that without feeling like I'm gonna have a heart attack" list last year??? WOOO HOOOO for us.... LIFE IS AWESOME.... Can't wait to see your new pictures..... Tammy

YES! It does feel SOOOO good to not be in that "I wish I could do that without feeling like I am gonna have a heart attack" place. I will NEVER be there again! Yeah, 186... I am in shock. I can't believe how the weight is falling off lately. I can't really explain it either. I think all those months of losing 4-6 lbs a month finally caught up with me. I am happy about it but wondering how long it will last. Seems like there is no end in sight, but I know me better than that. It's too good to be true for my body. I am sure I will slow down sooner or later. I always do! And when I do, you will catch back up! Lori

I did 35 minutes of cardio work....20 on the bike and 15 on the precor...did 100 ab twists, 100 obiques with 4 pound ball and 100 ab crunches....trying again today....upping my protein supplements...trying to break the plateau still!!!! Jill
