Good Morning....
It's Monday ALREADY ... where'd the weekend go
Time flies when you're having fun I guess. I don't know about any of you, but this time change, even though it's only 1 hour, screws me up... I always get soooo tired & all I want to do is ... Hmmm, could it be that I worked (( )) 64 hours last week????
Oh well, either way, it's a new work week.... We're doing great. I don't know if I ever worked out this consecutively in my life...
Haven't done anything yet today. I have my GYN appointment so trying to get some work in before I have to leave. I'll try to squeeze it in tonight.

Good Morning Tammy,
I had a pretty good weekend myself thanks for asking. I started my work week a little early yesterday.
Walking 2.5 miles
Ab Louge - 30 min
Tae-Bo - 15 min strength workout
Today I plan to do:
Elliptical Cycle - 30 mins
Upper Body Weights - 15 mins
Walking - 2.5 miles
ab lounge - 30 mins
Over the weekend I lost 2 pounds so I am doing something right. I took Donna's advise about upping the protein shakes and it has paid off.

I have walked a mile during my first break, I will walk another mile my second break and I will also walk tonight or run. I have cut way back on snacking and have cut the sugar almost out completely. I got down to 188 yesterday!! At one point, the scale read 186. I have lost around 7 pounds in a week! I guess the grazing was causing the slow weight loss.

By the way, YES, I can tell that I have lost an hour of sleep, Tammy. I am very tired today. On another note, I know how it feels to be stuck at 200/201. I was there for a month. What a place to teeter!

i am back from the visit with my grandson.
i do walk an hour everyday up there, but have no computer to post it.
i only missed one day last month of exercising.
i have walked 2 miles this morning.
i don't know if i will get to the gym today, as i have to clean the house and car.

Great Job.... I'm waiting for my protein drinks to be delivered that I ordered last week. Bet once I bump it up, I'll notice a difference. I just need to get to 196 & I'll be sure not to see 200 as I always teeter 2 to 3 lbs. It'll happen soon I'm sure..... I've seen ONEderland a few times over the past couple of weeks, then boom back to 200 again.. what a teeeeeeze... .... Not to worry, I feel great so I can't complain...
