I got your note- Gilad gets you warmed up- works you out and then stretches you down all in 30mins..I had tried some new moves with him yesterday & I paid for it today!! I have a basic CD for beginners workout as well..I think he is the best professional trainer out there.
BUT!! I DID get to the gym..here is my Sunday workout:
Treadmill 61 mins 3.5miles /boxing also/ @450 cals burned
Precor stairmaster - 23 mins level 12/ level 20 - 250 cals burned
Assorted weight Machines 2-3 sets / 40mins
still 231.
