Happy April Fools Day to Everyone....
It's a rainy day in Upstate NY today, so no walk outside.. I did, however, walk on my treadmill this morning...
Here we go......IT'S A NEW MONTH....let's try to meet or exceed our exercise goals for March....

Hi everyone,
Happy April Fools Day!
No exercise today, but I just wanted to tell everyone when I got up this morning I just knew the scale would say the 205/206. But to my surprize I saw 202 and I couldn't believe my eyes. This was my first wow moment and I'm so happy to be this close to onerland. I know my scale my change from day to day but at less I know the weight is still dropping off and WOW! As of today I have lose 82 pounds.

Hi Tammy,
Raining here as well, so a new post-op & I went mall walking. Shopped 2 hours there and 1 hour later in the day at Wal-Mart, so, using the calculator I posted before and using "grocery shopping" I burned over 600 cal. I'll take it as my goal is to burn at least 1500 cals a week.
Today is my 8th month anny... lost 5 lbs this month, 3.25 inches. Here's to continuing the 4-5 days per week exercising and hitting goal by May 1st.
