Happy April Fools Day to Everyone.... It's a rainy day in Upstate NY today, so no walk outside.. I did, however, walk on my treadmill this morning... Here we go......IT'S A NEW MONTH....let's try to meet or exceed our exercise goals for March.... April 1st weight.......200.5 Exercise: Treadmill 50:12 minutes 3.13 miles 125 Fat Cals 402 Calories Have a Great Saturday ........... Tammy 291/284/200.5/145

Day 1. Hurray!!!! I'm ready to go. I don't post very often. But I have been working out every day (almost every day in March. Did aerobics 25 mins and 10 mins upper body exercise today. Going to go walking this evening about 30 to 45 mins. Pam

Hi everyone, Happy April Fools Day! No exercise today, but I just wanted to tell everyone when I got up this morning I just knew the scale would say the 205/206. But to my surprize I saw 202 and I couldn't believe my eyes. This was my first wow moment and I'm so happy to be this close to onerland. I know my scale my change from day to day but at less I know the weight is still dropping off and WOW! As of today I have lose 82 pounds. Take care Carolyn (Jc C.) 284/202/150-ish

Hi Tammy - Grrrrrrrr! I had so many challenges today and did not make it to the gym-but I worked at home with Gilad on Tivo..and did 75mins of cardio and body sculpting He really knows how to work those Abs!! Tomorrow- my gym!! Ciao! Donna

Hi Tammy, Raining here as well, so a new post-op & I went mall walking. Shopped 2 hours there and 1 hour later in the day at Wal-Mart, so, using the calculator I posted before and using "grocery shopping" I burned over 600 cal. I'll take it as my goal is to burn at least 1500 cals a week. Today is my 8th month anny... lost 5 lbs this month, 3.25 inches. Here's to continuing the 4-5 days per week exercising and hitting goal by May 1st. Dawn 258/141/135
