Day 30 Exercise....

I DID IT!!! I went and walked 2 miles today! Just got back and I feel GREAT!!! I will send my little anywhere you want her to go! I don't mind sharing! Although, I WOULD like her to stay a while longer..... Maybe she will leave behind some fairy dust for safe keeping! It is amazing how differently we feel about exercise.. I have NEVER, and I repeat NEVER wanted so much to exercise! I used to have to drag my butt to the gym (when I actually used my membership instead of just paying monthly and not going...). I have had 3 gym memberships that I have done that... went gung ho for the first 3 months and then nothing for the last 9 of the contract... I wasted so much money! Congrats Tammy, I sure you deserved it. Everyone sounds like they had a great week and worked there butts off exercising. Me on the other hand my week sucked. I've been sick with an upper respiratory infection. I walked 1 mile tuesday and I haven't had the strenght to exercise anymore this week. I'm going to figure out how to get in alittle more walking time after work, maybe 2 days a week will help me lose these 5 to 6 last pounds. Oh and today was my 7 month anniversary. I didn't weight this morning so I'll have to go with tonights weight which is 205 and holding. Ya'll take care! Carolyn (Jc C.) 284/205/ 150-ished
