You are sticking to your guns and working your plan..good for you!
With all the exercise you are doing- don't forget to do some stretching before & after your exercises..it helsp with fatigue and it helps lengthen your muscles besides strengthening them..
I praise you with your crochet work- I know how to knit and I only did it when my son was small ..so good for you that you have a hobby..Im still trying to find one to keep me busy..and out of the fridge- LOL
Keep going one day at a time, it takes baby steps to make those huge leaps! And it also takes courage, and we are all women of courage, setting goals and making them possible.
