Day 29 Exercise
Since our wonderful Ms. Tammy is MIA this AM with our exercise post, I figured I would help her out and post it for her! I LOVE YOU TAM!
Today I have planned on walking at least a mile at lunchtime. It's been forever since I have done that with this cold I have been fighting! We'll see how that goes.
Starting weight for March: 204
Today's weight: 190 -14lbs! Whoo hoo!
Exercise: at least 20 minutes of walking
What do you plan on doing or what have you done today to get your butts moving?

Thanks soooo much for posting for me Lori, you're the best ((HUGS)). For some reason these past couple of days, if I'm connected to work, I am not able to get on to this site. I've been working like a horse today trying to catch up on alot of stuff. Lost track of time. I didn't walk this morning, it's my time of the month. Think I need a blood transfustion today hahahaha. But i just sent a text to my hubby & asked him if he wanted to walk with me tonight...It's beautiful outside today. So we'll be walking tonight. Thinking we'll take the 3 mile route that I usually do, but I'll post after we get back.
So I was back to 200 this morning...teeter, totter, teeter, totter... It's ok with me, though, better than teetering at 250 lbs right????
14 lbs this month Lori....woweeee .....send the wooshie fairy my way would you????
