Thank you for being such a great cheerleader! Though it took me most of the month to join you, I was with you in spirit and as soon as I felt human the fact that you had this going helped get me back to the gym.
Here are my stats...
As expected - weight up: 143 (though I checked my body fat this evening and it's down 4 points from a 2 month standstill!)
Treadmill - 20 min 118 cal
elliptical - 23 min 222 cal

Hi Tammy and all of my August Buddies,
Looks like everyone is doing a great job with there exercise programs. I didn't do so good last week and I'm fighting a cold this week. This is the first time I've had a cold and 3 years. I really felt sick today I missed work and stayed at home. I hope to get back to my walking program soon. My weight has been fluctuating between 205 to 208 and I'm ready to see 199,198 or even 195 would'nt that be great. Hell I take 204 that will, at less be a 80 pound drop for me. Ya'll keep up the good work and maybe I reach wonderland by my next doctor visit 04/13/06.

the Y said 216 which is up 2 pounds, but I guess it was just that time of day....not discouraged....mad and ready to knock those 2 pounds back off plus some!
