Day 25 & 26 Exercise
Hi Everyone.....
Hope your weekend was great. Mine was good. Got home around 4:00. I'm tired.... Didn't do the fitness room Saturday or Today....but we did go to the QVC Studio & took the tour. That was fun, then we went to the King of Prussia Mall. Very nice mall. Anyway...........how'd everyone else do??????
Back to the exercise & the scale tomorrow...............

King of Prussia Mall??? Sounds like it would be interesting. Is it a normal mall with a fancy name or a themed mall of some sort?
Anyway... exercise...
Sat: 20 mins on treadmill - random levels 116 cal. & 25 mins on elliptical - level 5 - 208 cal.
Sun: beautiful day outside so took my dog for a walk - 1 hr. 20 mins. 372 cal.
Check out this cool site I found that computes how many calories you burn! http://www.caloriecontrol.org/exercalc.html It even computes how many calories you burn while grocery shopping (I burned 114 today).
I'm pretty sure the scale will be up as it's been up all week. As already noted - hate the first week or so of exercising. It will be worth it though. Heck I already feel better just getting in 5 days this week.
