Day 22 Exercise
Hi everyone,
It's been a while, but I finally had a chance to put my routine in. I started Curves on the 16th . I go everyday except for Sundays, so that's a 30 minute routine that works all the muscle groups with strength training and aerobics. I am many days behind you girls, but it feels so good to finally be exercising. Still at 219, been there for about 6 to 8 weeks , but hopefully that will change soon. I will try harder to drink more water, this has been kind of hard for me. Wish me luck!
