Day 22 Exercise
Hi Everyone....
Sorry, I'm late with this today...Busy Busy Busy....
Did weigh myself this morning & I was 200.....not gonna make too much about it cause I usually teeter....I'll get under it again & stay under FOREVER.....
Here's what I did today
Treadmill 48:06 minutes
3.00 miles
120 fat cals
386 cals
We're doing awesome

That's why I DON'T weigh everyday. I seem to fluctuate by the day so I just don't do it. I happened to weigh in this AM because I FELT skinnier! It's it funny how we can feel every pound now?
Good job on the treadmill! I won't be walking today. Still feeling too crappy. And the weather isn't cooperating. My mom told me I could use her treadmill that is sitting in her garage collecting dust! I am soo excited about that! It's not a real fancy one but it will serve a purpose! Great for days like today when it's crappy outside.

i am going to have to see if I am walking at least a mile.
i had a big wow moment last nite. my 18's were getting loose, so i thought what the heck, i will try on the 16's and they went up and zipped and man i was jumping and crying and not believing it at the same time!
i wore those puppies all day long!!!!

Hi Tammy,
I did hour today: 20 treadmill; 20 elliptical; 20 recumbent bike.
I feel great, but I'm starting to HATE the immediate results of exercising. I am still chained to the scale and weigh daily - only count Mondays - and I always seem to gain 1-3 pounds immediately when I start hitting the gym on a regular basis. Since on Monday I was only 6 lbs from goal and exercising is still not a REGULAR part of my routine I'm worried that as I finally start building muscle that my weight will go up. The manager said to concentrate on body fat (my scale will tell me what mine is) and tape measure, that it will balance out eventually. Well, here's to doing weights tomorrow. Thanks for letting me ramble.

Hi Dawn,
I hear ya. Look at what happened to me at the beginning of the month when I started exercising regularly.... I gained 3 1/2 lbs. The good news is I went from 208 to 198.5 in less than 2 weeks. Sooo, hopefully, you'll get the same effect & hit your goal before you know it.

I did ab work for the first time...can feel it...can't wait to do it again today.
Still at 214...it will move again sometime.

Hi everyone,
You girls are doing so great. I was lazy last night but back to the bike I go tonight. Don't give up on me I'm trying to stay on the right track. I'm down to 205 and holding it seems like these last 5 pounds are going to be the hardest to get off. But I can do it!
Got to go I have a meeting this morning.
