I've played with it before. Back when I was optimistic about losing about 100% of my body weight. According to this, I'm right on spot for 65% to 70%. I'll be happy with that. Torrey (281/206/140)

Well I'm 2 months above where I should be and I even put in 100% loss. So this is good. 91 lbs in 7 months. And they called me a lightweight and said I would lose slower. Not even close. This is the best tool ever.

My surgeon considers me one of his lightweights. I've used this planner several times to see how I'm doing. I'm 3 months ahead if I go by where I want to end up, 150. However I just tried it at 100% loss to see, and if I were trying for 138 (my 'ideal' weight according to these charts) I'm dead on target. I cannot IMAGINE getting that small, I can't even imagine ending up 150. I haven't weighed 150 since 9th grade. I was probably in 7th or 8th grade when I was in the 130's. 8/01/05 RNY 269/176/163 surgeon's goal/150 my goal
