Day 21 Exercise....Look at us goooo
Good Tuesday to everyone... Hope everyone is having a fantastic week thus far.... I haven't tallied the totals for exercise from the weekend yet, but I'll try to get to it. This week is kinda crazy again. I was off yesterday, work today, tomorrow & few hours on Thursday then I'm heading to New Jersey with my sister for another photo job that she has. This time it's the Baltimore Medical Army Battalions ATC. Should be fun. We originally planned to leave on Thursday & come back on Saturday, but now we're thinking on spending Saturday somewhere to relax & do something nice together. Kinda celebrate our success... She just brought me over beautiful roses to celebrate being under 200. (not sure what I'd do without her...I just love her) We'll have her laptop & internet access so I should be able to post our daily exercise post. If not, I know my friends will do it for me....

I have been off the wagon for a few days. It has been cold and rainy here. YUCK! If you haven't already noticed, my mood is affected by the weather. The sun is back out today though, so I will walk 2-4 miles this afternoon around the baseball fields. My clothes are falling off again. I guess I need to go shopping once again. Gotta hate that. LOL. Your trip sounded like fun, Tammy.

I mess up this morning. I replied to yesterday posting this morning. It sounds like you had alot of fun, and sometimes that's what we need.
I was lazy this past weekend. I didn't do any exercise it rain the hole weekend here in Fort Worth, we had some areas here to flood. I guess the rain put me in a lazy mood. But I'm back on track as of tonight, I road my bike 4.88 miles, burned 245.4 calories and did it in 31:20 and speeds 8 to 9 mph. I really hope to lose at lease 2 to 3 pounds by the 30 of this month that will be my 7 month anniversary. Well it's bed time and take care, and congrats on the weight loss. Keep up the good work.
