I have been going up and down from 210 to 215 for the past week. Has this happened to anyone else before? I have been stuck at 220 for about 2 mths. After my 4th fill about 1 month ago, I finally was able to make it to 215. Now I go back and forth. For example, I was 215 last night, this morning I was 210. I know some of you will tell me to not weigh myself often and I hadn't..but since last week I have been weighing myself each day just to see if I go up or down. I am trying to figure out why I do this. All advise and comments are welcome.. even the ones that tell me not to make myself crazy by weighing myself each day. I can't help it.

Are you doing any kind of exercise? I was doing the same thing last month and would go between 217 and 214 (it was driving me insane!). Then a daily exercise challenge got started on this board and I've been exercising and keeping up with the challenge faithfully 5-6 days a week and have gone from 214 (3/1/06) to 207(today), just for the month of March. I feel great since I've started exercising and can even see that I'm getting a little toned as well. -Lynn Lap RNY 8-16-05 297/207/140

I agree with Lynn. Since we started our exercise challenge here, my weight has steadily come off too. I don't lose every day, and yes, I do go up a few lbs here and then back down again. I don't weigh every day. I weigh about once a week. I actually forgot to do it this AM. I used to be obsessed with the scale but ya know, my clothes fit better and that is all that matters. Sure it's nice to see smaller numbers on the scale... but it doesn't rule me anymore. Join our daily exercise challenge! It keeps us totally accountable for how we move our bodies every day. And it's fun to see how we push each other to do a little more every day! Keep your chin up dear. The weight will come off as long as you are doing what you should be. Keep eating right and get your butt moving EVERYDAY! Take care sweetie! Lori

Thanks, Lori. How do I join? I do exercise twice a week for one hour. I really enjoy my Aquacise class that I have been in for a little over a month now. I have started to go to the gym for some cardio and toning too. Hope this can help me get pass 210. Thanks, again.

Just look for Tammy's daily exercise post. Post what you did for the day and what your weight is (only if you want to) and that's about it! Great job on the exercise! Lori
