Happy St. Patricks Day Everyone....
Ok, no I'm not Irish, but it's fun to dress up in all the green once a year. (really I should be wearing RED because I'm Italian)
Anyway..... I"m off to work for a meeting & then to the mall with my girls for new swim suits for the weekend. Oh, I still gotta fit 8 hrs work in today too... Happy St. Patrick's Day to you as well. I will walk four miles this afternoon. I think I might try something new in the form of exercise this weekend. I seem to be stalled yet again. I have an exercise program called THE FIRM. It uses weights and a step. It is very intense. I think I will try to get through it this weekend and see how my weight responds to it. I will check back in with you guys on Monday. Have a fun weekend

Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! I'll try not to over do it on the green beer
Yesterday was my 7 month wls anniversary and I've lost -89 pounds. I really wanted to be at 207 for an even -90 pounds, but I'll take what I can get.
Here's my exercise for the day:
March's start weight: 214
Today's weight: 208
***Elliptical w/ resistance levels 1-5
30 minutes
2957 steps
1.05 miles
-343 calories
***Strength Training
4 sets each for hamstrings, quadriceps, chest, and back
I also wanted to tell everyone about a new workout DVD made just for WLS patients from pre-op all the way through to maintenance. I think it's called Weigh 2 Win. It sounds fun, but I ain't paying $40.00 for it! I just thought I'd let everyone know about it. http://store.bariatriceating.com/weigh2winnew.html
I'm telling ya Tammy, you WILL be in onderland by the end of the weekend! I can feel it!
I AM Irish and am wearing my green John Deere t-shirt today! It's casual Friday here at work so I can get away with it!
I weighed in at 196 this AM. Not as bad as I thought it was gonna be! I won't get my walk in today because I have more errands to run.
My daughter has her FIRST DATE tonight for tolo! I am more nervous than she is I think! We did a french manicure on her toes last night and painted her nails to match the flower she will wear in her hair. I have to go pick up some pantyhose and a disposable camera for her on my lunch break. She is gonna look so pretty!
I will post pics on Monday so you can all see how pretty she looked!
My plan for the weekend is to walk the track at the HS before my daughter's fastpitch game tomorrow. I will walk my 2 miles (maybe more). Might even get hubby to walk with me! I don't think he can keep up!
Have a GREAT time this weekend!
Hugs back atcha!

Did you have Lap or Open surgery? I recently had a ct scan on my left sice due to some discomfort. Dr. thought I may have a hernia. The ct scan came back normal, but I haven't been back to the Dr. yet to see what he thinks we should do next. If you're having pain, you may want to check with your surgeon, it may be hernia. They're pretty common with open surgeries.
Good Luck
