Hi Everyone..... Wow...Thursday already.... this week is flying by isn't it? We had support group last night. It went well. We had a teleconference with a physical therapist who also owns a gym... He had some great information. Might have to go visit his gym's one of these days. Anyway, 2 more days until Great Escape Lodge. Think I'm more excited than the girls. Anyway..... combined exercise for all of us 5546 minutes (92 hours .... we're sooo close to 100 hours) over 187 miles Weight March 1st - March 6th 204.5 March 7th - 208 (we all know my feeling on this) March 8th - 207.5 March 9th - 207 March 11th : 205.5 Yeah it's moving again March 12th: 204 YIPPEEE March 13th: 204.5 March 14th: teetered between 203.5 & 204...hmmm we'll see tomorrow March 15th: 203 yippee March 16th: teetered between 203 & 203.5 Busy morning but I ran (yes I said ran) on the treadmill for a quick mile 16:30 minutes 1.04 miles 3.9-5.1 mph 41 fat cals 133 calories Have a great day everyone... You RAN??? WAY TO GO!!! Whoo hoo! That is so awesome! I, unfortunately, didn't walk yesterday. I had some errands I HAD to run at lunchtim so no walking for me. But I WILL do it today. I left a pair of walking shoes here so I have no excuse. Oh yeah, and I bought a new umbrella too! We are doing so awesome on our exercising this month! Wow! Almost 100 hours! Sheesh! Thanks for keeping up with the stats Tammy. It's nice to be able to see it right in front of us. I haven't weighed myself since Saturday. I am having my monthly visitor from hell and don't even want to go near the scale! eeeeek! Anyhoo, here's to us and the exercising we have all been doing. Our hearts are loving us for it! Lori

Hey Lori Didn't run the entire time, but a couple times for about 3 minutes each. For some reason, I was dreading getting on the treadmill today & wanted to at least get a mile in. (probably cuz i have a busy busy day)... I've been afraid to get on the scale because I don't want to see the numbers go up again, but I can't fight the addiction... It'll be nice to have a break from it this weekend. I'm sooo excited about how well we're all doing with our exercise. This proves that we can do it... YEAH Have a great day Tammy

I would much rather be addicted to the scale then to food! Great Job! I walked in the rain today. It wasn't raining when I started but about halfway through I had to use my umbrella. Felt good to walk again after missing yesterday! My supervisor, who is insanely jealous of my weightloss, commented that I can't expect to walk EVERYDAY. I said, YES I can... and I HAVE to. I can't let myself start saying, "oh well, I will do it tomorrow".... She can't stick to anything so that is how she can have that attitude. But then she *****es about being overweight! Her new adventure is to be hypnotized for weightloss... BEEN THERE DONE THAT!!! You are gonna have so much fun this weekend! I bet you are shouting about being in onderland by the end of the weekend! I did.... 15 minutes on the Body Arc Trainer at the YMCA distance: .60 miles calories: 220 45 mintues on the recombant bike at the YMCA distance 11.25 miles calories 257 Hope to do some more tomorrow...saturday makes 7 months for me. i am still teetering between 219 and 220. I am working on it though! Jill

Hi all, I just finish riding my exercise bike, and I'm sleepy. Here my stats for today. Distance: 6.08 miles 41:35 minutes Burned Cal: 305.5 Speed 8 to9 mph. Ya'll have a great weekend. Carolyn (Jc C.) 284/205/ 150 to 160-ish
