Hey Tammy! WHEW! Our group is doing awesome! I worked my butt off this weekend, literally! I cleaned my entire house from top to bottom. Every room in my house is CLEAN! I got rid of 4 lawn and leaf bags full of clothes! AND 1 bag full of shoes! I can't believe that I had that much to get rid of. What a clothes horse I am! GEEZ! But I tell ya, I am so sore today from all that I did. My butt cheeks are killing me! I even got out the toothbrush and cleaned the cracks and crevices! I put in about 7 hours a day for 3 days straight! And then yesterday, I spent the day at the mall looking for a dress for my daughter. She is 15 1/2 and has her first date on Friday night for tolo! I am freakin out! She is a beautiful girl with a great head on her shoulders. She is a varsity athlete and a straight "A" student. I cannot complain. So, for exercise today, I will do my 2 mile walk. No pain no gain right? Oh yeah, and I weighed in at 195 on Saturday morning! Whoo hoo! Must be all that exercise! Lori 281/195/140 55lbs to goal!

Thanks Tam!!! I couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scale! I felt like a person with OCD this weekend! I couldn't stop I swear! It's amazing the amount of energy I have now. I think my husband must think I am nuts! He was right there with me cleaning, but I kept thinking of what I had to do next and was constantly moving. I don't think I sat down for more than 5 minutes all weekend! He was tired jus****ching me go! But now it's done and I can relax (hopefully!). I know I will cry when I see my daughter dressed up. Her and her friends went stag to the winter ball in January but she still dressed up. I cried! I will post a pic on my photobucket of her from that night. I will have more pics from this upcoming dance too. She is so dang pretty. Her dad is always threatening to lock her up until she is 18! Lori 281/195/140

It was a beautiful weekend. The temperature was in the high 70's with a slight breeze. I walked 3 miles on Friday night, 4 miles on Saturday morning and 4 miles Sunday afternoon. My baby loves for me to push him in the stroller. He will begin to whine when I quit. So we walk and walk..while my husband and oldest son practice baseball. We will walk 2-4 miles this afternoon as well if the weather permits. There is a chance for some severe weather this afternoon again. If it rains us out, I will walk/jog on the treadmill for about 40 minutes. LOL, Sherry 276/196/130-140
