March 7th - 208 (we all know my feeling on this)

Hey Tammy,
Thanks for keeping us going on the exercise front. I'm finally - after 3 weeks - feeling somewhat human so I'm hoping to hit the gym tomorrow. Glad to see your weight balanced out by the end of the week. I'm like you and stand on that dang thing pretty much as often as I'm in the bathroom and I liked today's weight, but tomorrow is my official weigh-in day so I'll wait and see what it reflects.

Way to go Tammy on your weight loss! Well, I didn't exercise on Friday or Saturday so today I went 15 minutes longer on the elliptical.
March's start weight: 214

Hi Tammy,
I'm sorry I didn't exercise today. I went to work and worked 6.1 hours. I really need the extra money. I was off work for 14 days without pay. My mother had to have emergency surgery. She had some of her lower bowel taken out and she's 72 years old. I took off work to take care of her. So I didn't get paid for my time off work and my money got kind of funny. So I thought what the heck I'll work today. I'll get back on track tomorrow.
