Wow everyone...we made it through our first week of the March exercise challenge.... Look how great we're all doing

over 88 miles
sooooooooooo many calories burned.... yeah for all of us
I also kept track of what I ate yesterday to try to up my cal's & protein...so I'm gonna post that today too
B - Special K protein plus cereal with 8oz milk
liquid... 8 oz Carb Countdown Chocolate Milk
S - Atkins Bar
L- Honey Dijon Chicken Lean Cuisine
D - Spaghetti with meat sauce Lean Cuisine
w/ 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
also had 40 more ounces water
Total Calories: 1,240 Carbs: 103 (45 in spaghetti) Protein: 95

Weight....207 (still can't stay off the evil scale , but it's 1/2 lb since yesterday again)

Hey Tammy!
As you know, I didn't get in my walk yesterday. Too rainy and windy! And now today I am at home on vacation and it's SNOWING! Sheesh I can't catch a break! So my goal today is to get some exercising in by cleaning my house. And going through all my clothes. I have a ton to get rid of!!!
Great job to all of us for keeping up with our exercising and eating right! We are doing awesome!
Oh yeah, I am back down to 198 this AM!!! I have been drinking 72 oz of water everyday. It think it helped me get rid of the water gain.

Sometimes I think cleaning is more exercise than we think.... Boy, do I need to do some deep cleaning at my house... Spring is almost here...yeah... We're actually rainy & 37 here today. Supposed to be close to 60 tomorrow. Maybe I'll get to open some windows. Hmmm, not sure cause I'm always soooo darn cold.
Great news on being 198 again... My scale is slowly moving back down... 1/2 lb at a time, but it's moving that's all I can ask for right? Maybe at this rate I can get down below 200 by the end of the month...

Well, ladies, it has been in the 70's here and it is supposed to reach the 80's on Monday. I love it! However, we are expecting tornadoes this afternoon and evening. I plan on running on the treadmill for about 25 minutes followed by a session of abs of steel if we are not in the basement taking cover. LOL!
