Hi all, I'm sorry I didn't get to post yesterday I when to bed early I needed the rest. Here's my yesterday and today stats: For March 07, 2006: Walked 1.0 mile Time: 22 minutes Weight: 207 1/2 For March 08, 2006: Stat-Bike: 5.07 miles Speed: 9 to 10 mph Cal. burned: 255.1 Time: 31:40 Weight: 206 I don't know if this counts but I walk a quarter of a mile to and from the parking lot at work and today I did it 4 times so that would be 1 mile of walking. It's getting close to that time of the month for me and I want to eat like crazy. I'll try to do the right thing and stay away from the bad stuff. Take care and good night. Carolyn (Jc C.)

I went to the baseball field to walk the track while my son had batting practice. The baby and I only made it around one lap because we locked the keys in my husband's truck. Oh well, Thursday is a new day. LOL, Sherry 276/200/130-140
