Day 7 Exercise
Hey Everyone....
I have to go into the office this morning. The company I work for is awesome...I work from home, but today I have to go in for my annual review... Fingers Crossed that I get a BIG raise...heehhaha.... Anyway, no exercise this morning. Funny how you get used to not meeting a time schedule when working at home. Kinda rushed today. I will post the combined stats when I get home. Just wanted to put the post up so everyone else can post their exercise for the day...
I'll try to squeeze some treadmill time in when I get home.

Here is my exercise for the day.
Weight from the start of March's challenge: 214
Today's weight: 211 (That's -1 pound from yesterday!!!)
***Elliptical w/ resistance levels 1-4
30 minutes
3025 steps
1.07 miles
-338 calories
***Strength Training from 8 minutes in the morning book
4 sets each for hamstrings and quadriceps
Thank God I'm losing weight again! I thought I was all done losing once I hit that 6 month point and was getting pretty upset, but all I needed to do was exercise, DUH! Plus, I can tell I'm getting a little toned from doing the strength training. I hope doing that will help me lose more inches and another size soon (fingers crossed)!

I don't know if I will get my walk in today. It's a rainy, blustery day here in Washington, no big surprise there! And I don't have an umbrella here at work. I just hope it quits by noon. I am beginning to actually look forward to exercising! How scary is that???
