Tonya and her husband is so right, Tammy. I upped my calorie count by 100 calories. I encourage you to read my post either in January or February titled "Gain After Exercise?" I had a lot of responses from women that had their surgery a few months before us. Their advice and knowledge was priceless!!

I totally can relate! I started running two weeks ago, and I have gained 2 pounds. I exercise 5 days a week, with 4 of them being running--I was so frustrated to see that I had gained weight.
i try to remind myself that muscle weighs more than fat (sometimes, that doesn't even help) and that the more muscle I have, the quicker I can burn calories--which means I need to eat more.
Yesterday i brgan throwing in a extra meal--one high in carbs, just so my body has something to burn.
