Monday Day 6 Exercise
My trainer had some personal issues and quit working at the gym. So I used that as an excuse not to go. But this morning I went to start with a new trainer, only to find mine had resolved the issues! What a relief! So I did 1/2 hour cardio and then my hour session with him-- Monday is upper body.
Amazing how much lower my endurance was after just one week! I was pooped!

Hi family,
I'm calling ya'll family because we all when through a rebirth in the month of August. I'm sorry you heys I didn't get to exericse this weekend I was lazy saturday and sunday I did house work and took my little boy to toys R us and we walked around the store for maybe about 1 hour. We finally found the game he wanted so bad, so thats all the exercise I got sunday.
As for today:
Walked 1 mile
20 Times
208 weight
I need to buy one of those things that count your steps, because I do alot of walking at work and the parking lot is about a quarter of a mile from the department I work in.

Hey August Buddies!
This weekend I did not get to the YMCA, but I did do spring cleaning all day Saturday and on Sunday we washed and detailed our vehicles because it was so nice outside.
On Monday, I went back to the Y...here are my numbers...
Precor/Ellipitical Machine---40 minutes---5400 steps---2.76 miles---420 calories burned
Step Aerobics Class--50 minutes---650 calories burned.
The scale finally moved again....after about 3-4 weeks of not moving. I am now at 220.....I started my WLS journey at 334 so I am down 114 pounds with 39 to go to meet goal!!!!!
