Also....This is very exciting... I found that Time Warner Cable offers an icontrol exercise channel that's FREE. So in addition to the treadmill I did
31 Minutes of Combo Hot Dance -- which was Afro Brazilian Aerobics, Urban Funk Cardio & Belly Dance -- very fun.
Anyway....lets stay motivated girls....we can do this

Hi All,
I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend. I was lazy yesterday, my day (saturday) started out with me taking my mom to her doctors appointment. And I had to wait for her 1-1/2 hour and I got tired and restless. By the time I made it back home I had loss my motivation for anything. I plan to ride my bike tonight while I'm watching Desperated Housewives. Thats 1 of my sunday night shows and the other one is Charmed but they want be on tonight. Hopefully I will be riding 3 to 4 miles tonight. I'm gonna try to ride for 30 minutes. I'll post later and let ya'll know.
