Hello everyone....I am getting Soooooooooooo frustrated. I have been stuck at 217.6 lbs for 3 weeks...yes, to the ounce and NO, my scale is not broke. The sad thing is that I just started working at Walmart (we are opening a new store so it's HARD work) and I have been working like a fool and still haven't lost any more weight. I wore my pedometer to work yesterday and I walked 13,551 steps plus all the lifting, pushing, pulling etc. that I did. I am still eating well...lots of protein, minimal carbs and fat and lots of fluids. It's funny that Walmart rewards us with sweets for not having any accidents for the week but I haven't even been tempted to indulge. I still haven't eaten any sugar (anything with more than 5 grams) since my surgery and don't plan to find out if I dump. They did BBQ steaks for us the other day which was good. I just hope that I am building muscle and will have a big Whoosh soon............
