Great Job Tammy! Man, I wish I had a treadmill at home.... I would have NO excuse to not exercise then! Today I did wear my walking shoes so that is what I plan on doing at lunch today. Walking my 1.5 miles (I might go farther today since it's soooo nice out!) I will repost after I am finished. I didn't weigh myself this AM but I really doubt that I lost anything. I feel really "puffy" today. Might be the popcorn I ate lastnight while watching Survivor! Hope everyone has a GREAT exercise day! Keep it up people!!! Lori

Hey all.... I upped my walk today. I walked a little over 2 miles! It took me almost exactly 30 minutes. I feel GREAT! But now I am starvin!! Time for lunch! Hope everyone is on the right track for their exercise today! Lori

Great job... doesn't seem like when you post on here, you have to do better than the day before??? hmmm at this rate i'll be walking 10 miles a day by the end of the month.... uuuuhhhh...no don't think so... Tammy

:-0 no I don't think so either! Wowee! Maybe 3 miles a day though... wow, thats 15 miles a week....hmm... how many calories is that??? I just really appreciate someone keeping me accountable! Lori

lets see about 135 cals per mile.. that would be 1,950 cals a week... jeez... i'm gonna kick it up... that's like 2 - 3 days worth of calories..hehehehehe

I have a kidney stone moving today. I have had one every three months since surgery. Anyway, it is beautiful here today as well. It is in the 60's. (Love the sunshine). This is my workout for today. Weight:202 (gained 2 pounds) Exercise: Jog 20 minutes on the treadmill Speed: 3.5 - 4.0 Distance: 1.38 miles Also did 1 10 minutes session of Abs of Steel (an oldie but a goodie). LOL,

Well, I exercised before work and before the stone started moving. Right now, it is just moving around in my kidney and the pain is bearable. Once the stone moves into my Urinary Tract the pain is excruciating and I have to go to the ER for a shot and an CT Scan. Sometimes it takes no time for it to drop in there and sometimes it takes days or weeks. Anyway, I wouldn't wish them on anyone. Sherry, WOW.... can't believe you still worked out. Great Job...Do they know why you keep getting the stones? Is it lack of liquids? Poor thing.... Very inspirational knowing you still do all this while in pain... Gives the rest of us NO excuse... Tammy
