Good Morning August Friends Yesterday we all did great.... Round of applause please We exercised over 200 minutes, went more than 6.5 miles & burned a heck of alot of calories. Happy Dance for us Anyway....todays another day.... Here we go Todays weight: 204.5 (you don't have to post this daily if you don't want to...we can do this weekly if you want) Treadmill: 35:14 minutes Distance: 2.02 miles Speed: 3.6 to 4.0 mph Fat Cals Burned: 81 Calories Burned: 260 I'm so glad we started this thread.... It's makes me want to do more than I did the day before.... How'd everyone else do??? Tammy

Good Morning (((tammy and all who follow))) I am off to the gym to do the circuit room, then i will take a walk with the dog about 20 minutes of him dragging me around the block! Hi All, I walked the same distance as yesterday: Distance: 1.25 mile it took me 25 minutes the same as yesterday. Weight: 209 A gain of 1 pound. I really don't know how this happen, I guess water gain. I hope to lose the pound I've gain and maybe more will follow. Take care and good night! Carolyn (Jc C.)

Hi Everybody! I completely forgot to post yesterday so here is yesterday and todays stats: 3/1/06 ~Elliptical~ 30 minutes 3000 steps 1.08 miles 284 calories Resistance level 1 ~Strength Training~ (from 8 minutes in the morning) 4 sets each for chest and back 3/2/06 ~Elliptical~ 25 minutes 2844 steps 1.00 mile 291 calories Resistance level 1-3 ~Strength Training~ 4 sets each for shoulders and abs Thanks for starting this thread! Hello everyone! Yesterday I did 50 minutes of Windsor Pilates.... boy does that kick my butt! Also did about 10 minutes of additional ab work on my balance ball! no idea about calories burned... and no miles but I worked my muscles and got my heart rate up! All the best everyone! Bridget

Hi Tam! I, unfortunately, forgot my walking shoes yesterday! DANG IT! So I didn't exercise at all. But I wore my walking shoes to work today so there is no excuse! AND... It's a beautiful sunny day here, about 45 degrees too! I wore my levi capri pants to work today! I love it! I will post my exercise on day 3 too... Whoo hoo! Lori
