Good Morning August Friends
Yesterday we all did great.... Round of applause please
We exercised over 200 minutes, went more than 6.5 miles & burned a heck of alot of calories. Happy Dance for us
Anyway....todays another day....

Todays weight: 204.5 (you don't have to post this daily if you don't
want to...we can do this weekly if you want)
Treadmill: 35:14 minutes
Distance: 2.02 miles
Speed: 3.6 to 4.0 mph
Fat Cals Burned: 81
Calories Burned: 260
I'm so glad we started this thread.... It's makes me want to do more than I did the day before....
How'd everyone else do???

I am off to the gym to do the circuit room, then i will take a walk with the dog about 20 minutes of him dragging me around the block!
I will be going to visit my grandson this afternoon until Saturday. I will post to the threads when I get home!

Hi All,
I walked the same distance as yesterday:
Distance: 1.25 mile it took me 25 minutes the same as yesterday.
Weight: 209 A gain of 1 pound. I really don't know how this happen, I guess water gain.
I hope to lose the pound I've gain and maybe more will follow.

Hi Tam!
I, unfortunately, forgot my walking shoes yesterday! DANG IT! So I didn't exercise at all. But I wore my walking shoes to work today so there is no excuse! AND... It's a beautiful sunny day here, about 45 degrees too! I wore my levi capri pants to work today! I love it!
I will post my exercise on day 3 too...
