Exercise-Day 1--How'd we do???
Hey Tammy!
Still sitting at 201lbs. I think I am officially on another plateau! GRRRR! Today I walked my usual 1.5 miles at lunchtime. Takes me about 25 minutes. Not sure how many calories I burned but I walk pretty briskly. So yeah for all of us!!!!
KEEP IT UP LADIES AND GENTS!!! Do we have any gents in here???
