Exercise-Day 1--How'd we do???

Hey Tammy! Still sitting at 201lbs. I think I am officially on another plateau! GRRRR! Today I walked my usual 1.5 miles at lunchtime. Takes me about 25 minutes. Not sure how many calories I burned but I walk pretty briskly. So yeah for all of us!!!! KEEP IT UP LADIES AND GENTS!!! Do we have any gents in here??? Lori

Yup, i keep teetering between 204.5 & 206... Very frustrating. The closer we get to ONEderland...the longer it's taking.... Great job yesterday... Not sure if we have any Guys in here....but never know when one might join... Take Care Tammy
