Exercise-Day 1--How'd we do???
Here we go everyone.... March 1st is here, we're all motivated...let's get moving.....
Here's my stats today:
Weight: 204.5
Exercise: 25 minutes on the treadmill
Distance: 1.34 miles
Fat Cals Burned: 53
Calories Burned: 172
Not everyone will have their distance & cals burned, but I figured I'd add it seeing I'm on a machine & it's available.
How'd everyone else do????

i just got back from the gym: they have a better equalvalent to Curves, they call the Circuit Room.
I made it through twice, which took me 40 minutes.
Hiding under the rug and saying this is actually the first time I have exercised since surgery!
BUT< BUT < But I haven't had the strength until lately!

Hey all,
Did 15 minutes on the treadmill, 9/10 of a mile, then had a 30 minute session with the trainer learning a workout "on the ball" with weights that I can do at home since I haven't been as good at using the equipment at the gym lately.
I will also be going to YOGA tonight for a 90 minute class...
